Formularz do operacji księgowej

Witam,
czy dysponujecie Państwo definicją formularza do wydruku operacji księgi głównej? Powinna być możliwość wydruku tak jak pozostałych raportów (KZ, KS itd.), ale system najwidoczniej traktuje to polecenie jak np. fakturę itp. i żąda zdefiniowanego formularza.
