Hej,

Backuper tas automatiskt. Om du loggar in på MyStandard och väljer List Backups kan du se dina senaste backuper. Jag kan se en på ert konto från 2017-09-13. Databasen finner du i filen Standard Accounts.hdf. Den heter Hansa.HDB.

Hur menar du med "vilken adress den kopplar upp sig emot"?
