Where exactly did you send these receipts?
From now on, if you have any delayed invoices that just have been payed, please apply for a Short Term Enabler (STE) for 2 days at the MyStandard server portal while you are waiting for the payment to be processed and registered:
1. Go to mystandard.hansaworld.com log in with Standard ID + password
2. Go to "Enablers" under "Contract Info"
3. Click on "Request Short Term Enabler
Ask for 2 days, Give a short explanation in english, attach valid receipts and click "Request Short Term Enabler"
