Webshop 8.4 HTTPS

I am trying to test the latest 8.4 2018-07-26 before we update, but I am running in to some issues when testing our webshop.
If I go to http://46.137.123.218:10100/home where the test site is running, and click log in from the top right of the screen, nothing happens and the page fails to load.

I believe this is an issue with HTTPS somehow, can you tell me how I fix this? I have removed all my HAL so it is not a customisation issue as far as I can see.
