We are having trouble getting HTML emails to work, we want to be able to include html formatting and images in our emails.
The emails work as they should when creating a standard email directly from the mailbox, however when an email is sent using Standard Texts and Mail Texts in the Email and Conferences module, the email that is received is blank.
We have:
Put a tick in the “Use HTML Formatting in Mail” box in Emails and Conferences > Settings > Mail and Conference Settings.
And ticked “Use HTML Formatting in Customer Letters” in Technics > Settings > Global CRM Settings.
On the Users mail boxes in Emails and Conferences > Settings > Mailbox Browse we have ticked the “HTML” option as the Default mail format.
And on the individual Standard Text records we have ticked the “HTML” box.
Is there something else we need to do to get these emails to work?

Can you give me an example? did you create a mail texts in Emails and Conferences > Settings > mail texts ?
