We're running 8.4 2018-01-26 with a Halcust on Windows 10 with MS Office 2016.
When we run any reports to Excel, either from the report specify window or by running the report to screen and clicking Operations > Send to Excel, then Standard ERP stops responding and we have to restart it.
We've tried various reports, all are the same.
The customer has recently had new desktop machines, any ideas what could be causing this? It's like standard ERP cannot find where Excel is installed and then stops working?
We've had issues with the same version when running reports directly to excel but we've always found running the report to screen and then doing Send to Excel works but not on this occasion.
Any advice gratefully received.
