I have tried resetting the password multiple times and it wil still not allow me to login to the app on mac book pro. Is there an easy fix for this?

How have you tried resetting the password?

You can reset your password on the MyStandard page using the Forgot Password Link.
https://mystandard.hansaworld.com/loginpage

Have you tried logging into Standard ERP with your StandardID and your StandardID password? Alternatively, you can try logging in with your person signature/code and your StandardID password.
