Since moving to 8.3 I seem to be missing on certain users the recent history of products sold to customers that used to appear (in 6.3) within the customer record; operation; customer status.
Some users have the on screen report some do not but they all have exactly the same access rights (we use one access tag for senior staff).
Could anybody give me a clue as to how I can turn on the facility to present recent sales history within the customer record?

Hello Gary,
To edit how the customer status report appears for specific users you can go into CRM module -> Settings -> Info in Customer Status Report. There you have several check boxes that you can use to customise the report.
