Good morning

The renew of the subscriptions are automatic by the system. If you do not wish to continue to use any of the subscribed features, it is required that in your installation of the software, login, access the marketplace, select the section of active subscription, and cancel the subscriptions.

We just cancelled a subscription regarding automatic accounting now that does not continue to charge, but please, access the marketplace in your system and confirm that there´s no active subscription and no further charges will be done.

Please give me a contact email or phone where I can explain, that I am not using standard accounts since 02 2017 and ask for refund.

I have do not have my old computer anymore, I tried to do it on a windows machine. The software can not find my company via server. The programs usability is just way too complicated, that's why I gave up.
Please make sure that there are no more bookings for Simon Griesser PT277484499, since I can not do it via the Programm.

please send your request by email portugal@hansaworld.com.
Send the copy of the debits in your credit card (you can send only the Hansaworld debit visible.
We can then send the request to HansaWorld Ireland for refund
