What does the "More Named Users Than Allowed" message mean?

This message will be displayed for the following reasons:-

(1) In Module System>>Persons you have entered a greater number of named users than is specified in your contract. For example, if in System>>Settings>>Configuration you have 10 users in total and 3 concurrent enablers, this means you have 7 named users. If you have entered more than 7 Persons marked as named, the above error will be displayed.

(2) You have bought additional users, but you have not yet applied for a new enabler. Go to System>>Settings>>Internet Enablers and press the "Get Enabler" button. If the Enabler is received correctly, then a message to that effect will be displayed.

(3) If the problem cannot be resolved, then call or send a mail to your local office outlining the problem and quoting the exact error message received.

Hi Support,

If we have purchased additional named users and Hansa UK tell me they have been added to the contract, do I need to do anything from the system side.e.g. activate the additional licences?
