Can't Grab Customer/Item Statistics From REST API

Hello all,

I have not been able to grab Customer/Item statistics from the REST API.

Below is my API URL:

http://weldmet.co.uk:80/api/1/ICSVc?/filter.CustCode=CER110

This returns no response or "b''" (between the double quotes)

Please advise!

Hi Freddie,

Please try the following :

System >> Access Groups >> Action >> Rest API >> Full

Also select HTTP Authentication in Optional features

Try in terminal, for example
curl http://UserNameHere@ServerIpHere:WebPortHere/api/1/ICSVc

And see if it works, if not please let me know and we can try something else. Please also provide me with the exact version number you are using.
