Using workflow process

As the Standard ERP is working more towards workflow activities we find it easy to report on the percentage of quotations to orders. - Good for sales measurement.

However for marketing measurement, we need to gauge the number of workflow activities (that we use a certain TYPE field, that are then created to quotations.

In our case we use a category of LEAD in the TYPE field, hence this would give us the conversion ration of marketing generated activities to quotations.

Hi Nick

So you have activities of type LEAD, from which quotations are created. What would the report be calculated on, and how should it appear? It may also be possible to create something in flex.bi, depending on your requirements.

Thanks

Paul

Hi Paul

The number of activities that are joined via the workflow to 'create quotation' therefore you have the total activities and the total number of linked quotations to base the conversion rate on.

Indeed flex bi could be the tool for this.

Many thanks
Nick
