Storyline problems with server

Hi,

Storyline writes us:


"We lose contact with the server all the time.
When I start Standard ERP and enter with username and password, it goes just seconds before I loose contact with server. I have not been able to work in Standard ERP for many hours now. Can you please see if there's any problem with the server."


As far as i can see trough mystandard.hansaworld.com os that looks like there is problem to download some hob files from server.

Please take a look.
They are located on your server.

Please enter MyStandard and restart the server there, it might help your issue.


Is it only you who have this issue, or other clients connected to the same server, as well?

How to restart server in MyStandard:
1. Go to https://mystandard.hansaworld.com/loginpage
2. Login with Standard ID + password (needs to be a Standard ID which has admin rights)

3. On your left you have your server, click on it.
4. In the middle of the screen, find and click on "Restart"
Let the server restart, remember that no client who is connected to this server will be able to use Standard ERP during the time the server restarts.
Start up client again and see if it works better.

Hi,

Restart didn't help.


User tries to log in and is thrown out right away.
Then tries to log in again - thrown out after ~ 5 sec.


It happens to all users.

From hansa.log file looks like this is fault:
2018-11-05 14:29:42 SYSTEM Logoff 178.232.4.89: exception on fd


What does it mean?
Maybe server machine as it self need to be restarted?

Hi,

Previously it worked. Customer was able to work for a week.
Now the same problem is back.

Customer writes:

""Everything is ok with network in Oslo.
We get a message who says that we have lost the connection with server and the systems stops working.
Then we can try to log in again and it works for just 2-3 seconds and we loosing contact with server again.
It happens over and ove""
