Nevaru atrast aprakstu kā Standard ERP strādā Tehniskajos parametros iestatījums "Noteikta laika importi" un "Noteikta laika apkalpošanas". Tāpat jautājums vai ir iespējams uzstādīt arī noteikta laika eksportu konkrētam reģistram?

Timed Maintenances:
From Version 7.2 2013-12-03

Purpose:
The Purpose of the Timed Maintenance is to be able to schedule a maintenance routine for a certain time, so it will be possible to run heavy maintenances outside of working hours and none will have to sit and wait for it to run.

Following changes have been made to the system:
1. TC>>Settings>>Timed Maintenances - new setting (description below)
2. SY>>Settings>>Access Groups - 2 new actions added:
    - Request Scheduled Maintenance
    - Approve Scheduled Maintenance
3. Every Maintenance Specification in the system has an Operations menu option: Schedule maintenance

Workflow:
A user will need to have a correct access to schedule a maintenance (Action - Request Scheduled maintenance - Full)
- Open any maintenance specification window
- Fill in the details as you would like the maintenance to run
- From Operations menu, select - Schedule maintenance. This will open a Timed Maintenance window with following fields:
    - Ser.no - will be given a next number in a sequence automatically after saving
    - Maintenance - name of the maintenance. will be filled out automatically according to the maintenance window, where the request was made
    - Comment - edit field to add a comment
    - Date - enter here the date, when the maintenance should be run
    - Time - enter here the time, when the maintenance should be run
    - Start Date - will be filled with the date, when the maintenance started
    - Start Time - will be filled with the time, when the maintenance started
    - End Date - will be filled with the date, when the maintenance ended
    - End Time - will be filled with the time, when the maintenance ended
    - Requested By - username of a person, who scheduled the maintenance
    - Approved by - username of a person, who approved the scheduled maintenance
    - OK checkbox - this means, that the Timed maintenance is approved
    - Done checkbox - this means, that the maintenance is done
    - Edit Specification button - you can open the maintenance specification window and make changes on how the maintenance should be run (for example, change the period etc).

A Timed Maintenance record will need to be approved before it will run.
A user will need to have a correct access to be able to approve the Timed Maintenance record (Action - Approve Timed Maintenance - Full)
To approve it, just tick the 'Approved' checkbox and save the record

Maintenance will run on the scheduled date and time.
The Timed Maintenance record will be updated with following info:
    - Done checkbox will be ticked
    - Start Date will be filled with the date the maintenance started
    - Start Time will be filled with the time maintenance started
    - End Date will be filled with the date the maintenance ended

Only a user with a full access to Approve Scheduled Import action will be able to approve it.

Import will run on the scheduled date and time.
