Dear Support,

Is there a log and or report we can produce to check the times when someone has used the system? (e.g. when they logged in and when they logged out).

Hi Dil

There is a report in Technics called User Login History. However I believe this only works if you have ticked Log User Logins in System>>Settings>>Optional Features, on the Security tab. Once ticked, you may need to restart the Hansa service, and then it should start logging from that point onwards.
