Connection Failed Error

Good day Support,

We have been experiencing log on error for all our users since Friday, 05 June 2015. We keep on getting Connection Failed Error and Lost Connection with Server, Shut Down?

Please assist urgently of possible ways to fix this.

Please, provide more information,
What is the program version, number and date, what are the server and clients OS's?
Has anything changed recently with the server machine, network, etc.? Is the server running? Are the clients in local network or connecting remotely?

You may want to restart the server and try to connect again. You may try to install a new client and connect again.
