Standard Accounts - Server keeps stopping - Login failing

Hi,

I have a quite urgent problem. The server keeps stopping and I cannot login. I updated to the latest stable version of the server and downloaded a new client by clicking "Connect" on the My Stanadrd Page.

I see we have two servers of some reason. I am not 100% which one is which. But now I cannot find out since I cannot login at all.

Hi Anders,

To solve the login issue, please open the below link

https://mystandard.hansaworld.com/loginpage

Then press "Forgot Password" and reset your password so you can login in again.

Please update me what are the servers that you can see when you login again to your MyStandard
