Our client has raised the below, and would like to confirm if it a feature or to be included as a wish. I have advised that they should ensure that the start access is None and also include the action delete records as none for all access groups.
I have also tested with demo data and confirmed the same.

Dear Maureen,
As per our tel-conversation we have noted that the upgraded system is able to delete a quotation which has already been accepted, sales order created against it and project including delivery notes.
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE and needs to be checked and rectified ASAP.
NO ONE including the Admin should have such rights since the previous version was not able to do this.

What was the previous version, do you know? I have looked back as far as Enterprise 6.3 and it still allows deletion of quotations which have an order number.
