Can't print OKed Delivery

If a delivery record is OKed, it is not possible to print it. The message "Can't find document" is displayed.
I have the form defined for both OKed and Not OKed. UnOKed delivery notes print fine.

Any ideas, is this a know bug?

Please can you try the following:
1 ) See if there are any languages or other sequences defined for the form definition of the delivery note.
2) Ensure you have a template assigned in the form definition for both the forms "Delivery notes" and "pro-forma Deliveries".
3) Restart the server, and see if you can print. If you can print, then also check if you can print after the server runs a backup.

Having checked all of the above, I still cannot print an oked delivery note.
I have also replicated the issue in standard using GBR-Sample and the same 8.2 version.

Please can you try to repeat this issue using the latest release version of Standard ERP and the GBR sample. If it is repeatable, please provide us with the details on how to repeat.

Can you please give instructions on how to set up a working sample database?
When I try, it gives me the error that "this is not a proper sample company"

What is the password for the GBR-Sample data?
