When trying to print the stocktaking report in the stock module then it seems that they are not working as intended.
When we specify a location, it will still print everything.
How can we get the list for only 1 location?

Stocktaking list (Inventory Count List) report is meant to use for manual stock take (inventory count) so you can print it out and manually mark on the paper how many of those items you have. Hence it will print out all of the items.

If you would like to see only those items, that are in this Location, then you will need to tick the checkbox 'Show items in Inventory only'

More Useful Tips When Doing stock taking

Stocktaking list is useful when doing the physical stock count where-by you print the sheets to get all items you have and during stock take you put figures manually in the space provided for in stock.

After the above procedure you can put your physical count in the system .

Use stocktaking comparison report to see you the various i.e the difference between physical stock and stock in the system.

Stock Taking Journal Useful mostly to see the value of your stock in hand or counted stock.
