Crash when open product

hello,

form today when i open product for upload picture the standard accont lost connection and i have to close software.

i have try to restart server and stop and start server, but this problem persist.

please let me know what i can do .

1: What version (including build) of Standard Accounts are you using?
(You can find this information by starting Standard Accounts, and in the top left corner you can click Standard Accounts >> About Standard Accounts...)


2: What language version are you using in Standard Accounts?

3: What OS (Operation System) are you working in? Windows, MAC OSX or Mac iOS(tablet)?

4: Was there any particular errormessage showing up? If so, what did it say?

5: Where exactly did you try to upload your picture?
