Cannot open the app anymore

Hi

for some reason I cannot open the software any longer and get the following error messages:

1. D4segment Read non existing block
2. Caution: database might be damaged....
3. D4Sectorread DiskPtr 25769893776 is outside logical file (see attachment)
4. 1. D4segment Read non existing block

How can this be fixed and i be able to access my data?

This message means that the database on your computer is damaged. This is usually the result of a hardware issue, or running out of space for example.

Do you know where your data is stored? Is it in the cloud, or locally on your computer? If it's the latter, do you have any backups?

thanks for your reply. Yes the data is stored on my laptop. I have an overall backup of everything.

So if you can, just restore back.

If not, than locate the hansa.hdf file in your mac, show package content>> backup, find TBxxx.TXT

Install new version on different folder, like desktop, and import the txt backup vis system>>imports
