Server and client not compatible

I have downloaded standard account from Appstore. The server is newer that the Standard Account client. I have tried to download via hansaworld website and through Mystandard but then I get a message that journal exists but is turned off. I would really like to start using Standard Accounts but no luck

Hello Angela,

I apologise for the late response.

My suggestion is that you log in to MyStandard and select Connect. That will allow you to download a Standard Accounts client that is adapted to your company. When you install it, place it in an empty folder on your desktop and not in the applications folder. That way you ensure that it will not conflict with any of your previous installations.
