Hei,

When I start my program (books 6.3) it says that it has gone into a "begränsat läge" and when I tray to get a new database key tis says that my contract not is valid (it's not signed or has been dismissed. What to do?

Hello Sofia,

To be able to keep doing your accounting you need to upgrade your software to Standard Accounts. In Standard Accounts you can import your backup from Books so you keep your old data. For more information please visit www.standard-accounts.com.

Judging by your name you are Swedish. If so, I recommend that you visit our Swedish forum by selecting Sweden as your country of choice at the bottom end of this website. There you can also find a step-by-step guide in the FAQ on how to upgrade from Books to Standard Accounts.
