Crashing system

Today the system cannot connect me to the server - and there is no customer support. The phones ring out. No-one responds to emails.
This also happened on the 16th and 24th Jan - and now this morning.

I am unable to work each time.

Will i be compensated for the wasted work hours???

When you see this happening, you can connect to mystandard.hansaworld.com and restart your server there. This will often help with the connectivity issues.

Good Morning

We are having a similar issue. I have restarted the server 3 times and we can still not get passed the error message that the port is blocked.
Depsite emals and phone calls I can not get in touch with anyone to assist

I have also tried to stop the server. However it is stopping in stopping mode. We need some assistance as soon as possible this is costing us time and money. Will someone pelase assist us
