Problems setting up

Hello,

I have installed standard accounts and I already have an account registrated. However, it says that either the user or password is incorrect. But I know it is correct, because I have used the reset password option and followed the steps in order to change the password and thereby I have also checked the registrated email address is correct.

What should I do?

I have been working on a previous version of First Office for years and I want to upgrade now due to change of OS X to Capitain.

I just get an error message that says Incorrect username or password. When I press reset password, I receive an email straight away. In the provided link I clearly see my standard id and I have tried changing the password, which I also have been confirmed.

I have tried all kind of things, but I just don't find a solution.

Hello Stephan,

This might seem a bit confusing, but a new Standard Accounts system requires passwords in two places: Standard ID and password & your Signature and password.

What I believe you have retrieved was a Standard ID password. If you run the Standard Accounts, and gave the Standard ID and password, and you still got a window asking you for login and password, this might mean you in fact moved to the next step, where the system requires a Signature and password from you. This would be your FO login and password.

Please, try again having the two-step login procedure in mind. Once you log in correctly, you should not be asked for Standard ID (besides some exceptional situations).
