We are running version 6.3 2012-03-13.
Does Hansaworld Enterprise have a built-in timeout if it’s not used?
Can it be set by a user to timeout if it’s not active for a period?
Sometimes we find that if a user doesn’t use Hansaworld Enterprise for a few hours but are left logged in, when they come back they have lost connection with the server, what would the reason for this be?

The only setting I'm aware of is in System>>Settings>>Optional Features, called Idle Client Timeout. This is specified in seconds. If this is blank then it may be something else, such as power saving on the computer switching off the network card, or the Hansa service restarting during the day, or some other short network outage.
