when we are trying to print multiple cheques and payment voucher at a time, printing alignments are changing. Means first cheque and voucher would be fine, but next cheques are printing wrong locations in the paper.

Our printer is LQ-L90 Epson, i think this is the paper we are using (320X270X210). kindly please help, what settings should be changed in software ? before it was fine, after system formatted, it happens like this. please give a solution ASAP.

Dear Customer,

Would you, please, explain what is the difference between "before" and "now"?
What happened, what changed, have you changed the version?

Dear Mohd

Have you checked all your printer settings both in Enterprise and in your client operating system? I can see that this is a dot matrix printer with continuous paper, this has a slightly different size than A4 so you will need to ensure that the size is specified correctly. When the second payment prints, are the fields aligned correctly across the page but misaligned down the page, i.e. are the fields higher or lower than where they should be?

Dear paul

May I know what paper size we should select ? now we are using A4. we are unable to see 320X270X210 size there. how we can add this size in Enterprise software ?

Dear Mohd

Are you using Windows or OSX?

If Windows, you will need to ensure that the correct printer driver is installed for this printer. You can download it from here: https://download.epson-biz.com/modules/dot/index.php?page=single_soft&cid=64&pcat=2&pid=7

In the printer setup (in Windows, not Hansa) make sure you set the correct paper type and dimensions. These should now be the default settings for Hansa, but if you have already done the page setup for your cheque document, you may want to remove the page setup and start again.

If you're using OSX I'm sure the procedure is similar, however I can't see that this printer is compatible with OSX - there is no driver for it anyhow.

Regards

Paul
