Dear Support,
When we try postcode lookup we get the following message:
"Your registration and our contract do not match, try to register again or call your local HansaWorld office. Service not available UPDATECOMPANYDATA Internet Service Status Record does not exist".
This might sound obvious but is this something you can instruct us to fix or is our only option to call the local office?

Apparently your registration is incorrect, please, if you still have the the problem, try to register again.
