Support Ending JAN 2016!!

I understand from a previous email sent that support for Enterprise is being removed in January 2016 and only a cloud service will be available from then on. The email was very vague in my opinion and we have concerns moving forward with our current Enterprise software as we prefer to host our Financial System internally.

Would you be able to clarify this and inform me of the complete plan, I see no information of this online and you are still promoting the Enterprise product. We currently host our own system in-house and my concern will be how long we can remain using our hosted system and get support. We have also invested considerably in hardware and software for our Server running Server 2012 and SQL. We need the SQL link(relational database) for reporting where the generic reports fail.

We are on version 7.0 2014-01-18 build 70090751 and my question is if there is any more information available that stipulates exactly how long we can continue to use our current set up. Will the internet enabler still work for example or will the system just go into demo mode without printing function?, also how will the reseller payments be handled, we currently pay a soon to retire reseller who knows the system inside out and who has implemented may custom screens, functions and modules.
