How do I change the name of a user. I don't want to create any new users.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting support.

The Signature is the Person's log-in ID and is also used to identify the Person elsewhere in Enterprise by HansaWorld (e.g. in the Salesman field in an Invoice).

Unfortunately is it not possible to change these details, as Enterprise by HansaWorld keeps a full history of all the changes being made in the system by a specific user.

Well I know how to create a new user but how I can I close an old user who no longer works for the company. Like I have read in other forum questions you can only use the amount of licensed users in order to avoid going into restricted mode. That has already happened to us before and it was an ordeal getting out of it.
