Payment failed

when I open Standard Accounts I receive an error message 'payment failed'
I do not do payments on my accounting system.
How do I get rid of this error message>

Thank you for contacting us.

I noticed that on you customer number there are two subscriptions added for automated accounting and stock module.

Were these subscribed to for our 1 month trial period and you do not wish to continue using this?
