Cant open the program

Hi! Whats the problem with the program, Have tried over the whole day to get into the program first account. Cant do my job and this is really frustrating.
I work in Finland.

Get the message: Server port 1. can not connect to server, try again later??!!!!

Whats the problem?

Hello,

Firstly, you should go to https://mystandard.hansaworld.com/loginpage
Login with your registered Standard ID email & password.
After you have entered MyStandard, these are the steps you can take:

1. Start the server - if it starts up fine, try again to connect to it
if you still can't connect take step 2

2. Download new client form MyStandard >> Connect>>Download client

Without doing anything


Why is it a problem to connect to hansaworlds server in the weekend, but now on normal weekday it works normally again?
This is my problem

Hello,

there might be millions of reasons, from slow connection, to maintenance works being done usually on weekends.
You should just follow the steps above.
Our servers are programmed to recover themselves automatically, so if you fail to connect and fail to start the server via mystandard, than it means main server is stuck, and probably it needs to auto-restart, it takes 30 mins +-. So you should try later.
