Import First Office Professional Database Backup in Standard account

Hi

I have just found out that you do not longer support Enabler Key to FirstOffice Professional.

I have by mail been guided to download Standard Accounts.

I have downloaded standard accounts and imported my database backup from First Office Professional.


After import only 1 of my 4 companies in the database has data/invoces etc. I can see all 4 under "company" ?

My exsisting First office have 2 users and 4 companies!

Please guide me to get acces to data on all 4 companies and use it with 2 users?

Hello,

It seems that something went wrong during the import process. Can you describe how exactly did you import the data?

My suggestion is to use MyStandard for importing backup - this process is more stable than importing directly through the client. I assume that you already have a server created with some data in it.


You should be able to access it using the StandardID login of the first user in the system.
Otherwise, please provide the customer code (you can see that in Marketplace>>Account Details) and we will add the access to the specified company for your StandardID.

Then, you can attach your backup to the forum post (it will not be accessible to outside users, only internal HansaWorld employees) and we will upload it to your server in MyStandard portal.

Finally, you will be able to import the backup through MyStandard>>List of Backups>>Selecting the uploaded backup>>Selecting "Reset to Backup".

Please let me know your company code (or company name at least) and upload the text backup from FirstOffice.

Hi

I have made a new export from First Office and an import to Standard Accounts.


And it seems like all data is imported now. I can acces data in all 4 companies


My exsisting First office have 2 users and 4 companies (server version)!

Please guide me to get acces to data from my internal server (server version) and use it with 2 users??

I have tried to acces marketplace but it only shows a screen with "Loading Marketplace" and nothing happends??

Could you try performing the following steps:
1. Quit your application (if it's running)
2. Launch it again and login
3. Click on Marketplace icon and wait for a few minutes
4. Attach hansa.log file to the forum post:
4.1. If you're using Windows: go to Standard Accounts folder and you will find hansa.log file there (or simply text document named hansa)
4.2. If you're using Mac: go to Containers>>find a folder that starts with "com.hansaworld.">>find a file Standard Accounts.hdf>>Right-click on the file>>Select Show Package Contents>>you will find hansa.log file there.
