Serious crash

Hello there,

We have encountered a severe problem:
We can no longer open our Standard Accounts and cannot finish our 2016 accounting.

When we open Standard Accounts the following happens:
The server sends the messages, we have included here as screendumps,

The first is stating that “HAL call stack dumped” - and when OK is clicked:

the second is stating: “routine not found: INITSUGARCRMIDLETASKS”
And when OK is clicked the application shuts down … so what to do now ?

We have included the crash-report as well.
We have downloaded the Standard Accounts once more, but the result is the same.

We DO need help here …

Edwin has suggested to try these steps and then it should work:


1. Remove your old folder with Standard Accounts
2. Delete your old database by going into Library -> Application Support -> HansaWorld -> Select Standard Accounts.hdf and delete it
3. Install a new version of Standard Accounts
4. Start up the program
5. Click on Enter company info -> Connect to company -> Add your customer code (1031564) -> Search
6. Select your company and click Connect


BUT our Application Support folder does not contain any Hansa World folder og the file Standard Accounts.hdf is nowhere to be found.

We use an iMac 27" with MacOS Sierra by the way.

If you cannot find a HansaWorld folder there you can ignore the second step and instead do this:

1. Create a folder on your desktop and name it Standard Accounts.

2. Install Standard Accounts in that folder. When your computer opens up the installation window that prompts you to drag the Standard Accounts file into the applications folder, drag it instead into the new folder you just created. The program will then be installed in the new folder.

4. Start up the program

5. Click on Enter company info -> Connect to company -> Add your customer code (1031564) -> Search

6. Select your company and click Connect
