Is there a way that a user can be prevented from closing a purchase order?

Hello,

If that user is assigned to a certain Access group, you can limit the actions that specific group and execute.

For example, under system > settings > access group >
you can select the level of access and actions the user / group can perform within a certain module or register.

Further to my original question, can a user be given access to edit Purchase Orders, create new purchase orders whilst at the same time being prevented from closing a Purchase Order?
