Good evening,

I'm trying to create a new client, from Ireland, with VAT number is in the format 00000000AA, but the program does not allow this format, and requires a different format - as in the image attached.

I've confirmed the VAT in the VIES VAT Number confirmation site, and with my client. Is there any way to overcome this issue?

Hola Paula,

This problems is solved with the Setting “VAT Reg. Numer Masks” (in Systems module) where you can define different VAT Reg. Number formats for each country. Then you will have to link it to the Contact Card.
