We have a standalone installation of Hansa Standard ERP, and a few days ago the database stopped working. It seems this was due to a payment issue. This issue is now solved but we still have the problem going on.
Basically, when we start the client we get the "Select Company" screen where all our companies appear, but no matter which one we select we always get an error window saying "Internet User Limit on Server Reach".
Some months ago, we had a similar problem and we got this instructions from Hansa support, which in fact solved the problem.
1.Rename hansa.hdb in klient to hansaklient.hdb
2.copy hansa.hdb from server to client
3.start and make following setting
system > settings > system configuration > tick WAN (technical)
4. stop program.
5. Rename hansa.hdb in server to hansaold.hdb
6. copy from klient to server hansa.hdb.
7. start service
8. rename hansaklient.hdb to hansa.hdb > log into the server
This time we tried the same but we were not lucky. What we get (at step 3) is a screen labeled "Server Status" where it appears the following message:
Allocated RAM: 0
DB Free Sectors: 321
TheFindIntEnablerAddress = 0
Internet Enabler function called: TheFindIntEnablerAddress
(built 80020470)
Nothing elses happens except if I resize the window. Then this changes:
DB Free Sectors: 0
Any idea how could we solve that problem?
