7.2 Losing Connection with Server

Hi Support,

We have recently upgraded to 7.2 in a multi-site environment and we are noticing that users are experiencing loss of connection with the server. This instance has become more frequent after the upgrade. Could it be that the 7.2 version is more bandwidth hungry and it is affecting the internet connection?

As a continuation to the above, after the system displays the error "Lost connection with server. Do you want to shut down?", the Enterprise window on the screen is closed but the program is still left open in the background, since the Enterprise Process in the Task Manager is still running. In fact when users try to re-open the Enterprise, nothing happens, because the Enterprise process is still open in the background. The user would need to close the process in the Windows Task Manager in order to re-open it. Can the application on the client be closed completely upon this abnormal loss of connection with the server?
