There is very limited compatibility between Enterprise and Outlook. When creating an e-mail from an invoice, for example, it is possible for Hansa to create a new e-mail in Outlook, with the recipient and the subject filled in. However you would then need to save the PDF manually and attach it to the e-mail. So I don't think it will work for your requirements.
If you do want to test this, go to:
E-mail and Conferences>>Settings>>Mail and Conference Settings, and tick "Use External Mail Software".
