cannot create new contact in touchscreen invoice

1- I press "search customer" button
2- a list of customer contacts appear without the one I'm looking for
3- I press "New" button to create a new contact
4- only 2 fields appear "No" & "Name"
5- there is no button to save newly create contact name
6- Hansa freeze & drop out with following error message

WindowWcdpr1==NIL for window error class
