Hi.

What field on the invoice is used for KID? Need to be on the invoice export also.

Hello,

You have to add a field on the invoice document form for KID, the KID is automatically generated by the system, it is not possible to enter this number on the invoice manually.

If there isn't a field for KID on the invoice form, the KID no. wont be exported on the invoice.

Some of our invoices is generated and sent to the customer from another system, I need to import the KID to Hansa for matching the payment from the customer. Is it possible to import the KID number?

After we have imported the invoices (with KID) we send them til Lindorff for collection, so they also need the KID on the export we send to them.

We I wright "send them to Lindorff" I meen we do the Invoice export from Hansa and then send the file to Lindoff
