I trying to install Standard Account on computer whee in the past i ave Standard business app and on installation not this alert : Incompatible version of database found. Can't proceed: exe 8555 db 8221 Arę you able to help ?

Can you please tell us what is your OS? Windows or Mac?
Also, what is the version that your server is in?
