standard ERP service not starting

I cannot use Hansa using the usual standard erp service.

I am currently using standarderpserver.exe to run my Hansa system.

When I try starting the Hansa service I get - windows could not start standard cloud node service on local computer. Error 1053 The service did not respond to the start start or control request in a timely version.

I have tried downloading and running vc-redist.x64 as advice in the dashboard page but i'm getting below error - I am getting "Microsoft visual ++ 2017 - redistributable (x64) - 14.15.26706. Setup failed.

Please assist.

Hi,

Can you please try these links to download the file again:
1. 64-bit Windows Server
2. 32-bit Windows Server

Other than that, could you provide which Windows version is the server on?
Does your windows version have ServicePack installed?
Can you attach the hansa.log from Standard ERP server's root/cloudnode folder?

Hi im still getting below error
Microsoft c+++ 2017 redistributable x64 .... setup failed

OS is windows server 2008 R2

No service pack installed

We do not do support for Microsoft products.
If you can't install Microsoft c+++ 2017 redistributable search for this version to be able to install on Windows 2008 R2.

Hansa won't start without this Microsoft add-in.
