Does StandardERP Server 8.3 Needs Internet to work

I am running StandardERP Server 8.3 and what is weird is that whenever the internet goes down, the system also hangs until the internet is up again. Does StandardERP 8.3 require an always on internet?

Yes,

You need to have Internet for standard ERP to work.

Good day Christo,

To be able to run Standard ERP without Internet you can connect your Standard ERP Client using your Server's Internal IP.

When you connect outside of your Intranet from a remote location, you will have to again use the Server's External IP in order to connect.
