Kpi

We have recently setup KPI for our teams which work very well. However they appear only to be real time and during reviews of people and / or processes, we need to refer to kpi'.

Is there a report we can run on KPI to detail them over a time frame.

Many thanks
Nick

Dear Nick,

Most KPIs are representing other reports. Depending on what you need to present, you might be able to extract the necessary data from the system.

When you press on KPI, you drill down to a report, you can then reopen report specifications and change the parameters. Perhaps it is possible to set a time frame as you need it (it will depend on the KPI). Please, try that.

Dear Nick,

Could you elaborate on this issue a bit more?
Do you want to manually change the period of the report, which you get when double-clicking the KPI?

We expected to be able to run a management report on KPI setup for a defined period, therefore you could imagine we choose the period and it would then list by person the KPI setup for them and metrics acheived.

Otherwise we can only see the persons KPI by logging in as them and then no overview reporting and only for the current and previous month..

KPI is only really valuable to a business if we can report upon it to manage the individuals and the business, as a driver to the individual it has a value but we should be able to obtain reporting.

To add to this, we are informed the ERP system can only monitor real time in the KPI module and limited to the drill down feature. There is no reporting on the KPI or anything such as scorecard etc.

Hi Ewa

Thank you for this, it is indeed a work around. I am hoping Hansa have taken this onboard and building a reporting feature soon as its a basic requirement for KPI measurements.

Many thanks
Nick
