Dados desapareceram do Hansa

Bom dia Sra. Sónia,

Ao arrancar o hansa, não aparece nada lá dentro. Todos os dados desapareceram conforme print sreen em anexo.


Como resolvermos esta situação ? Solicitamos uma solução com urgência.
