Cybersource credit card processing on the web

Hi,

what does the following credit card processing error message mean:

"This payment has resulted in an unknown error. Please check with your bank whether any transaction was made. Response Code:"

I am getting this at the moment when customers try to checkout online through my HansaWorld web shop!

This error appeared around October 7th due to Cybersource having changed the behaviour of the interface used between our respective systems.

This issue was resolved by our development team on October 8th. Do not hesitate to contact us again if the issue has not yet disappeared for you.
