I have registered a new company Hyperbaric Medicine of Sweden, with my emai ritalind5@gmail.com.
I have already a company registered since many years back, Hyperbarox.
Now trying to open my new company Hyperbaric Medicine of Sweden, with same email adress., I cannot find it. How can I reach my new company?

Hello,

so you can not have same database and 2 different companies inside it IF you do not import a backup which has this already set up.
When you do a new set up of a company (standard accounts), and you do not import a backup, it is only able to have 1 company per installation
Without hansa.log file, as i cant find the server with the name, i cant say where the server is, as in hansa.log file you will find an UUID for the server which will tell me where it is

Did you input any data to this new installation? if not, i think the fastest way is to reinstall it and register it again?

Hello,

You have one database with both companies or separate databases for each?
If you have separate, you should have 2 installations on your mac/windows with which you´ll be able to connect to the individual databases

How did you register the new company and, if you have hansa.log files to share i could take a preliminary look if i can see something out of the ordinary

I will reply also on this .

I have separate databases for each. Can I use the same database and still have two different companies?
When I write to you on this log, I notice it is mentioning my old company, Hyperbarox.
I do not have any hansa log files to share.

I cannot log in to my new company Hyperbaric Medicine of Sweden.
How can I find the company, is there a way to search for the name or the org.no?
Presume also that I need to change the password.

Please advise what to do.
