Hello,
Every time I open Standard accounts it takes a very very long time doing so and a message pop-ups that there is a new client available. However, it doesn't work clicking on upgrade. So I've tried to download a client through my-standard page, but when I install and open that client it is not up to date. It only includes invoices up to september! When I open my "old" version of Standard accounts the invoices are up to date (February 2021 included).
Another thing, it is not possible - and it hasn't been since the last many versions to install the program in the applications folder (Mac OS). If I try to do that it returns with a database error when opening the program. If I install the program on the desktop it works.
I don't understand why all my invoices appear when installing the new client if everything is stored in the cloud? How do I proceed?
